SAVE THE SOIL FROM CHEMICALS TO SAVE YOUR BODY!!

By Mr. S.K Agarwal

Today the quality of soil has depleted to the extent beyond repair. It is sick, grossly tired, and poisoned by synthetic chemicals. The outcome is everything in the surrounding environment has grown poisonous from the quality of food we eat to the water we drink and the air we breathe.

Minerals in the soil control the metabolism of cells in plants, animals, and men. Diseases are created chiefly by destroying harmony among minerals present in the air, water, and food that we grow in soil. If soil is deficient in minerals and nutrients, water and air will be equally deficient. Chemical fertilizers can’t restore soil fertility. It has been observed that almost all of today’s killer diseases are caused by the toxins spread out in the environment produced by the industries. Synthetic chemicals in our daily diet gathered through food preservatives, insecticides, pesticides and other chemical fertilizers are again the main cause of these killer diseases. The proof is the coincidence of the emergence of diseases with the same time augmentation of industrialization.

What is the solution?

GO FOR ORGANIC.  What does organic mean?

As per USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) those crops have been grown only on land that is free of polluting substances. They include conventional pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers, and sewage sludge-based fertilizers for at least three years.
Animal products too must be raised on organic feed without the use of added harmonies and antibiotics. It’s always advisable to minimize the exposure to undesirable chemicals, hormones, and antibiotics which stimulate the immune system leading to inflammation in body organs.

Organically grown tomatoes, berries, and corn contain 60 percent more polyphenols and natural antioxidants that may be good for health because when plants are not cooled in chemicals to help fight off insects and pests, they develop stronger compounds to protect themselves. In the same way, we build antibodies when confronted with bacterial bugs.

Several comparative studies have shown that organic plants contain lower nitrate contents and fewer pesticide residues. They have higher levels of Vitamin C and phenolic compounds with higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids. All these natural juices help in strengthening the immune system to fight the invasion of Viruses and Bacteria. We have seen in this CORONA era; a lot of people have come out of the infection. They are only those, who have a better immune system.
